Cake ingredients

1 package of Corn Cake Mix KING MIX

3 eggs

200mL cold water

3 tbsp oil (30mL)

Preparation:

– Preheat the oven to medium heat (180˚C – 350˚F) for 10 minutes.

– Add the cake mix KING MIX, the eggs, oil and cold water to a mixing bowl and mix for 5 minutes.

– Place the batter into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven according to the indicated time (depends on the size and shape of the tray).

• Round – 10 inches 40 to 50 minutes
• Rectangular – 8.5 x 13 inches 35 to 45 minutes

Topping Ingredients

• 2 or 3 oranges
• 1 tbsp sugar

Preparation:

• Squeeze the oranges
• Add the sugar and mix well

-Remove the cake from the oven and poke it with a fork.

-Cover the cake with the topping

Tips:

– Take it to the fridge (approximately 2 hours)
